Led the development and execution of VRE’s annual Marketing & Engagement Reports designed to provide executive leadership, board members, and internal staff with a comprehensive overview of agency-wide marketing performance, outreach initiatives, rider engagement strategies, social media analytics, newsletters, microsite performance, influencer partnerships, and brand awareness efforts. The reports highlighted key campaign results, audience growth, and strategic communications initiatives while reinforcing VRE’s evolving brand direction and commitment to rider-focused storytelling.
